The Authority needed a public-facing brand and a unified platform for wildlife permits, sightings, and conservation reports. I led brand system design and the UX for citizen and ranger workflows.
Scope: identity and guidelines, multilingual website, permit application and case tracking, incident reporting, and dashboards for populations and habitats. Accessibility-first with WCAG AA targets.
Results: faster permit turnaround, higher quality field reports, and clearer public education. Structured data improved discoverability for species pages and announcements.
Identity system: logo suite, color ecology, typography, and usage rules for print and digital.
Permits & casework: stepwise forms, status tracking, SLAs, and notifications.
Reporting: guided incident and sighting reports with geo, media, and validation.
Dashboards: populations, habitats, and trends with filters and export.
Multilingual UI, AR/EN copy patterns, and components optimized for low-bandwidth regions.
Figma libraries with tokens, components, and page templates. Redlines, acceptance criteria, and QA checklist. Lighthouse goals ≥90 across PWA, Accessibility, and Best Practices.
Tech notes: headless CMS, SSR pages, image optimization, map components, and schema for Organization, Dataset, and FAQPage. Versioned assets and audit trails in the design system repo.
