ERLaw needed a site that converts consultations and explains complex services with less friction. I led product strategy, IA, and UI/UX, then partnered with engineering for delivery.
Scope: sitemap and information architecture, service pages and attorney bios, guided intake forms, eligibility triage, and calendaring. CMS with reusable blocks, schema markup, and performance budgets.
Results: faster first-contact, higher qualified leads, and stronger SEO foundations. AA color contrast, keyboard flows, and structured data for services and FAQs.
Intake: stepwise form with branching logic and error recovery.
Consult booking: calendar embed with timezone handling and confirmation states.
Evidence upload: secure link handoff and file-type guidance.
Empty, loading, and error states defined for all critical paths.
Tokens, components, and page templates in Figma. Redlines, acceptance criteria, and QA checklist. Lighthouse targets: ≥90 Performance/Accessibility/Best Practices.
