I led the UX and delivery for Gogolcoin’s staking platform. Goals: simple wallet connect, transparent APY math, lockup clarity, and one-click claims. Mobile-first with strong states and risk cues.

Scope: dashboards, stake/unstake, lock terms, compounding options, validator list, reward history, and tax-friendly exports. Compliance-ready copy and flows.

Outcomes: higher stake conversion, lower support tickets, and faster claim completion. Instrumented for drop-off and cohort analysis.

Key flows

Wallet connect: MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware options, network checks, and fallback states.

Stake/unstake: lock periods, estimated rewards, fees, and confirmation with human-readable approvals.

Claims: claim now vs. auto-compound, cliff timers, and ledgered history with CSV export.

Validators: sort by APR, commission, uptime; delegations and re-delegations with warnings.

Risk, accessibility, delivery

Risk & clarity: network fees, slashing risks, early unlock penalties, and APY assumptions explained in plain language.

A11y: WCAG AA contrast, focus order, keyboard paths, and screen-reader labels for all controls.

Handoff: Figma tokens and components, redlines, state matrix, acceptance criteria, and QA checklist. Tracking for stake start, claim success, and fail reasons.
